Significant interaction challenges arise in both developing and using interactive map applications. Users encounter problems of information overload in using interactive maps to complete tasks. This is further exacerbated by device limitations and interaction constraints in increasingly popular mobile platforms. Application developers must then address restrictions related to screen size and limited bandwidth in order to effectively display maps on mobile devices. In order to address issues of user information overload and application efficiency in interactive map applications, we have developed a novel approach for delivering personalized vector maps. Ongoing task interactions between users and maps are monitored and captured implicitly in order to infer individual and group preferences related to specific map feature content. Personalized interactive maps that contain spatial feature content tailored specifically to users' individual preferences are then generated. Our approach addresses spatial information overload by providing only the map information necessary and sufficient to suit user interaction preferences, thus simplifying the completion of tasks performed with interactive maps. In turn, tailoring map content to specific user preferences considerably reduces the size of vector data sets necessary to transmit and render maps on mobile devices. We have developed a geographic information system prototype, MAPPER (MAP PERsonalization), that implements our approach. 基于台风最佳路径资料和20a的Argo浮标资料,采用一种合成分析方法,得到了西北太平洋上层海洋的温度、盐度、溶解氧等三维要素场对台风的平均响应特征,结果表明:台风移动路径右侧海表面温度呈明显的负异常,即具有"右偏性",次表层在"热泵"和"冷抽吸"共同影响下,温度异常呈正负相间的分布,次表层以下大部区域以温度负异常为主,但"右偏性"已不明显;表层至1 000 m深度,各层占主导的盐度异常值呈"正-负-正"的垂向分布,次表层以下,各层的盐度异常在平行和垂直于台风路径方向上的分布较为均匀,不具有明显的各向性差异;表层至1 000 m深度层,溶解氧浓度呈"小-大-小"的垂向分布,各层的平面分布特征较为相似,均在平行于台风路径-2~2 R50范围存在一带状高值区域;温度、盐度、溶解氧浓度等要素对台风的平均响应深度可达到1 000 m以上. 相似文献

The upper ocean response to tropical cyclones in the northwestern Pacific analyzed with Argo data 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A large number of autonomous profiling floats deployed in global oceans have provided abundant temperature and salinity profiles of the upper ocean. Many floats occasionally profile observations during the passage of tropical cyclones. These in-situ observations are valuable and useful in studying the ocean’s response to tropical cyclones, which are rarely observed due to harsh weather conditions. In this paper, the upper ocean response to the tropical cyclones in the northwestern Pacific during 2000–2005 is analyzed and discussed based on the data from Argo profiling floats. Results suggest that the passage of tropical cyclones caused the deepening of mixed layer depth (MLD), cooling of mixed layer temperature (MLT), and freshening of mixed layer salinity (MLS). The change in MLT is negatively correlated to wind speed. The cooling of the MLT extended for 50–150 km on the right side of the cyclone track. The change of MLS is almost symmetrical in distribution on both sides of the track, and the change of MLD is negatively correlated to pre-cyclone initial MLD. 相似文献

This work presents the results of a beach-monitoring program carried out in the Bay of Cadiz (SW Spain), which consists of
urban, natural and nourished beaches. In the present study, 24 topographic profiles have been monthly monitored during the
1996–1998 period, in order to draw the morphodynamic behavior of this coast and the general characterization of short-term
coastal trends. This way, total volumetric budgets have been calculated for each beach profile in order to group beaches in
different erosive/accreting sectors. Studied beaches recorded both erosion and accretion: the greatest accretionary trends
have been observed at Aguadulce, La Costilla and Rota beaches, with values ranging from 30 to 70 m3/m. The largest erosion episodes have been recorded in the southernmost end of Valdelagrana spit, with values over 50 m3/m, and in Rota and Vistahermosa, after nourishment works. 氦同位素研究确定,大别山榴辉岩等超高压岩石矿物并非来自地幔,而是生成于岩石圈地幔顶部。结合深部地球物理,提出一个岩石圈地幔顶部形成超高压矿物的模型。即表壳岩石俯冲到岩石圈地幔顶部,形成超高压变质岩,然后由于地壳隆升、剥蚀,出露到地表。冲入大别山地区岩石圈地幔顶部的表壳岩石之所以会形成超高压变质岩是因为它同时受到板块会聚的强大压力和蘑菇云地幔产生的高温。沿六安—黄石综合地球物理、地球化学剖面实测的热流剖面显示,南大别构造带的莫霍面温度达到1307℃,超高压变质作用所需要的高温条件至今依然存在。已有文献表明黏塑性的大陆板块在碰撞俯冲时,岩石圈地幔的变形远比通常认定的那种刚性板块俯冲要复杂。俯冲呈对冲形式,方向大都向下,在岩石圈地幔中,俯冲板块和制动板块像麻花一样相互楔入,在深部甚至改变俯冲方向,制动板块反而向俯冲板块俯冲。当岩石圈地幔顶部局部熔融时,无疑俯冲物质将向局部熔融层扩散,在高温高压下发生超高压变质作用。大别山变形晚期,在核部形成“背形穹隆”。将形成于岩石圈地幔顶部的超高压变质岩带到地表,接受剥蚀而出露地表。已有资料表明,全球主要超高压变质岩的分布带与古特提斯洋分布有关,古特提斯洋碰撞带是全球最长的一条陆内碰撞俯冲带。它们是否均为黏塑性板块之间的软碰撞、在邻近碰撞带的岩石圈地幔顶部是否都有高温的区域则尚待验证。 相似文献

国际合作青藏高原与喜马拉雅深部剖面探测(INDEPTH)计划自1992年开展以来,圆满完成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、3个阶段研究任务,揭示了喜马拉雅山和青藏高原腹地的地壳结构和深部构造,在同际核心期刊公开发表10多篇有重要影响的学术论文,受到国际地球科学界的高度评价.第四阶段计划是研究高原北部边缘,即东昆仑造山带和柴达木盆地的结构构造及其形成演化,并与南部喜马拉雅造山带加以对比.经过多次野外地质踏勘,选定剖面的工作路线,2007年各方正式签订协议,并共同开展了野外调查,圆满完成了横穿东昆仑造山带和柴达木盆地的100km垂直深反射地震、300 km广角地震反射以及59个宽频带天然地震台站的野外观测施工任务.中方项目组还在东昆仑南部厘定出渐新世晚期-中新世早期大型逆冲推覆构造系统,发现青藏高原渐新世晚期-中新世早期整体隆升的重要证据.2008年将继续天然地震观测,还将开展大地屯磁测深、重力、地质构造剖面观测和反射地震数据处理;2009~2010年将利用各类深部探测资料,综合研究青藏高原北部的地壳结构、岩石圈构造和深部过程. 相似文献

利用国际上常用的8个冰川均衡调整(GIA)模型分别对利用卫星重力(GRACE)数据解算的2005~2014年全球质量变化趋势进行GIA改正。在对南极地区进行改正时发现,ICE-6G_C、ICE-6G_D和IJ05这3种模型的改正值相近;在对全球海水质量变化趋势进行改正时发现,不同改正模型对全球海水质量变化影响的均值都小于-2.0 mm/a;对比陆地水及冰盖对海水质量变化趋势的贡献,同时联合卫星测高和Argo温盐数据集进一步验证发现,Paulson07、GW13和ICE-6G_D模型对全球海水质量改正效果较好。综合整个陆地和海洋的分析结果来看,ICE-6G_D模型更适用于全球质量变化趋势的调整。 相似文献

The deep ocean below 2000 m is a large water body with the sparsest data coverage, challenging the closure of the sea-level budget and the estimation of the Earth's energy imbalance. Whether the deep ocean below 2000 m is warming globally has been debated in the recent decade. However, as the regional signals are generally larger than the global average, it is intriguing to investigate the regional temperature changes. Here, we adopt an indirect method that combines altimetry, GRACE, and Argo data to examine the global and regional deep ocean temperature changes below 2000 m. The consistency between high-quality conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) data from repeated hydrographic sections and our results confirms the validity of the indirect method. We find that the deep oceans are warming in the Middle East Indian Ocean, the subtropical North and Southwest Pacific, and the Northeast Atlantic, but cooling in the Northwest Atlantic and Southern oceans from 2005 to 2015. 相似文献
